I am a Full-Spectrum Postpartum Doula providing informative, affirming, and supportive care to my clients. After my own postpartum experiences, I was called to supporting others through their postpartum. I see postpartum care as intentional assistance that allows you to meet and settle into the new version of yourself, without feeling alone in the process. This support is open to all experiences of postpartum; birth, loss, miscarriage and abortion.
My experiences from caregiving, yoga, cooking and community building help me nourish and restore new parents in this period of great change. I offer a listening ear, reflective space, and support in ritual or spiritual practices. I can offer support in body feeding, babywearing, pelvic floor and core recovery, and nourishing foods. I especially love to cook a good meal, be an extra set of arms to hold baby while parents enjoy a meal, rest, and/or rejuvenating self-care time.
I have grown up and reside on the traditional lands of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. I am of mixed Guatemalan and Irish/Scottish decent and enjoy supporting those who seek to bring ritual from their lineage into their care.
