I am an indigenous Mexican woman and raised in the suburbs of Mexico City. I am passionate about working in the community. I am motivated to see healthy communities, and I have found in these territories of Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples a place to support the community, pregnant women, and families in different ways since 2018.

I believe that every pregnant person should get access to birth support regardless of immigration status, race, colour, sex, language, religion, or social status to develop resilience to claim back their bodies’ rights.

My approach is based on providing support with empathy and community care during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
